How does the purchasing process work?

Choose a model from our store, personalize it with a name (if desired) and complete the purchase. After payment confirmation, we begin production and ship to the address indicated.

Can I customize my sculpture?

Yes! You can add a name to your sculpture to make it unique. Simply enter your desired name on the product page before completing your purchase.

I didn't find the model I'm looking for. Can I request a new one?

We launch new models every week, so follow us on social media and stay tuned for the latest news!

If you want a fully customized model, we create it to order with a minimum order of 10 units. Contact us for more details.

What is the production and shipping time?

Production and shipping time is divided into two stages:
Production: It takes us between 1 and 3 business days to produce and prepare your sculpture.
Delivery: For mainland Portugal, delivery usually takes 1 working day after shipping.
For the rest of Europe, the delivery time varies between 3 and 8 working days, depending on the destination country.
After shipping, you will receive a tracking code to track the delivery.

Do you ship to all of Europe?

Yes, we ship to all European countries. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location.

How can I track my order?

After shipping, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track the delivery.

What if my order arrives defective or damaged?

We guarantee the quality of our products. If your sculpture arrives with any problems, please contact us within 5 days of receipt and we will resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

We accept payments by Credit Card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, ShopPay and Multibanco.
